PRICING EXPLAINED

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

It is impossible to show a price tarrif as each wedding has its own requirements. It would be unreasonable and unfair to assume that "one price fits all"   it cannot. 
Your quotation will take into consideration: 

• The Date of hire
• Bridesmaids trip to ceremony if requested
• Total mileage (base to base, including the mileage within your wedding)
• Length of period of hire
• Additional locations 
• Special requirements that you may have. 

There is no limit to the period of hire - you decide.
 
You will be quoted in accordance with the information you provide.  When we receive your completed booking form, if any changes have been made to locations or the length of period of hire previously agreed, a new quote will be issued. 

ALL QUOTATIONS GIVEN WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRICING STRUCTURE IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ENQUIRY.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO EVER INCREASING FUEL COSTS AND RISING INSURANCE PREMIUMS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO HOLD ANY QUOTATION BEYOND THE TIME THAT THE INITIAL ENQUIRY WAS MADE.

WEDDING CAR HIRE QUOTATION INCLUDES:

• CHURCH WEDDINGS  Collect from address's as supplied and convey to church.  Wait for the duration of the ceremony and photograph session and then convey to reception. Plus any further client instructions.
• CIVIL CEREMONIES  Collect from address's as supplied and convey to ceremony location.  Thereafter, as per client instructions.
• Chauffeur, white ribbons, silk flower car arrangement where appropriate.
• Bridesmaids journey to ceremony venue if requested. Journey time MUST NOT exceed 10 minutes each way. 
• One trip to reception venue if applicable.
• If you wish the car to visit another location other than those mentioned above for photograph's etc, this must be agreed with Bow Field Hire and additional costs will be incurred. 
• Evening collections are charged extra.
• A deposit of 25% of the total charge is required in order to reserve any vehicle
• All deposits are non-refundable 
• Viewing by appointment only please
• All major credit/debit cards accepted
  (credit cards charged at 2.5% American Express charged at 3.75%)
