HOW TO BOOK YOUR CHOSEN WEDDING VEHICLE(S):-

BY TELEPHONE - 01293 511088 followed by a completed Booking Form within 21 days (see below)

AT OUR OFFICE - by appointment only please.

AT OUR OPEN DAY - no appointment necessary, Open Day dates are shown on this website.

Up to 2 vehicles £100.00 deposit per vehicle.
Longer than normal hire period - £150.00 deposit per vehicle
3 or more vehicles or Asian weddings - deposit is 50% of total hire charge.
All deposits are non-refundable. Payment of the required deposit signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Payments by credit/debit card

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COMPLETING A BOOKING FORM

DO NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE MADE YOUR RESERVATION BY TELEPHONE AND SUPPLIED CARD DETAILS TO MAKE PAYMENT OF THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT.
All Fields must be filled. The HIRER DETAILS must be the person who supplied their card details to make payment of the required deposit. This must not differ to the details given by telephone.
IMPORTANT:
Having paid the appropriate deposit, we are unable to provide written confirmation of the quotation, vehicle and itinerary for your records until we have received your completed and signed Booking Form.
The reservation and quotation will be held for a period of 21 days while we await your Booking Form.
